They make video software. Did you recently purchase Windows Movie Maker or DVD burning software or something similar?

They tell you its free and then take payment from any account you have open-ended with card like google play, apple play, android store sometimes taking it multiple times from your account.
I had purchased I movie maker for windows and was charged 39usd. a registration code never came. The billing was in the name of BLS*TOPVIEWSOFT WALTHAM

I haven't bought any software, yet I have a charge in March 2022 for £36.17 ($47.99) and a further charge in April of £9.16 ($11.99) This is from BLS MOVIEMAKER SOFTWARE LONDON. I cannot find any telephone or address for this company. Anyone with any help?
They charged twice for Movie-Maker that I didnot subscribed
I was also charged twice, and was added to a subscription payment which I can't cancel because there is no one to talk to. My credit card supplier will have to deal with them
