it it for MyHeritage and WorldVitalRecords - when you sign up for a free 7-day trial of both MyHeritage and WorldVitalRecords after 7 days your card is automatically charged if you do not cancel the free trial.
The charge appears as BLS*MYHWORLDVITAL 877-432135 UT and was a genealogy site that auto renewed the subscription. The phone number is invalid. The "World Vital Records" company was acquired by Myheritage.com. You can call them at 1-800-987-9000 and talk to billing. They should either remove the charge and cancel the auto renewal for the credit card or give you membership to use "My Heritage".
