I have been billed 9.99 for months upon months. Only after attempting to cancel it did I realize it never applied to service any of my Ancestry.Com information I have relied on.
I have been charged each month for ANC*ANCESTRY.com for 2 years. I have called and canceled before, however, this charge keeps coming back up. I'm very frustrated, angry and confused about this charge. I want it stopped, please.
Showed up on 12/1/20, called PayPal as I did not uthorize. PAYAL rEP TOLD ME THEY WOULD CANCEL TRANSACTION, CLOSED THE CARD AND 2 DAYS LATER CHARGE SHOWED UP IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. PayPal did nothing, now wasting y time following up with no support from PayPal as the operate only business hours where as my bank is 24 hours. Apparently these sites are frauds thinking you go to Ancestry.com but they added to the address and send out to their sites. BEWARE!
