My purse was stolen yesterday and an hour after it was taken a charge for NYC LPEP LONG ISLAND NY was showing an $18.96 transaction. I thought the thief used my card to get a ride home and that I could trace him that way but I cannot find any contact number for this company. It's still a pending transaction and I hope to understand what it really is...
