Hi, i do not know, but the same thing just happened to me. I was shopping at London Drugs, A and W and Chatters and inbetween those charges (Dec 2) is Tillicum Mall LTC for 15.00

I just figured it out. LTC is Lottery Centre - I bought tickets :)
