I had this transaction on my credit card bill as well. Determined it to be "Twig Inc", a stall at a local farmer's market that sold plants.
Yes, During Christmas in Toronto there was a pop up store at the ScotiaBankPlaza - I bought a cactus-ish plant there and the charge showed up as Twig Inc. Hope this helps!
