I just had this happen to me in the form of 2 transactions that I reported to my bank. Supposedly (from what i'm told) they are similar to Paypal but they mustn't have the restrictions that Paypal does because users can install software to constantly ping for money transfers until credit/bank card numbers hit correctly! Great world we live in, isn't it!
