I found a similar line on my wife's bill. The SQ means that it's come through 'square' the transaction processor, so probably a phone app with no paper receipt given to jog your memory. Check your emails for the transaction date, because square sent my wife an email receipt. In her case it was creationsarcastik.com (they have a page on Etsy).
