I have the same charge. Says its from Vars and its a hardware store. My bank says the transaction was done with card and pin. They told me to file a police report.

Hi There, please note that these charges are for the purchase of Snap On Tools. I have been selling Snap On Tools for 31 years in eastern Ontario. If you have a sales slip with my name and address on it you probably purchased tools from one of my 6 trucks I have had on the road over the last 18 years.
