While I was trying to install MS-Office, a pop-up window appeared saying that there was an error and that I needed to contact this phone number 1-855-247-7385. They say they were Microsoft and they were going to fix the error and proposed a 7 years subscription to Norton for $449.99 US. They never did the registration to Norton, they never sent any bill, any receipt. When I tried to call them back, the mailbox was always full.
Loading security, told there was a problem so contacted McAfee helpline and was connected to another number. Here I was told that there was an error on my input but they would put it right. I was offered 7 years support for £199.99 which I refused, this was then reduced to £99.99 which I again refused, then I was offered 5 years for £70.00 which I reluctantly agreed to..£226.37 taken!.
I was charged 149.00 sat and another charge this morning for 50
I've never heard of them yet I have a charge from them for $149.00
I tried to get through some very difficult ladies at Netflix. One sent me to a guy who was helpful and told me the same as the girl. I had to pay $149.99 for registration to Netflix which was a new policy. I gave them my credit card and then they made me go on a call with them to my credit card company. Instead of Netflix they inserted Schwack technologies. I $149.99 dumb.
Same as previous.
Netflix connected me with this company. i was charged $399.99 for a life time protection for something. The company showed me where I had been hacked by something. I was afraid that my identity was at risk so I allowed them to charge me this amount. What can I do?
After talking to Amazon Kindle Support, my card got charged $199.00, I thought I was signing up for an Amazon Account for Kindle books, I guess a scam, I didn't buy any books but kinda got a free book to try out.
I was charged for life time service. After checking the service and called and asked to be removed from this service and Kevin Davis kept telling me that the article I had read was false and he kept talking, talking and talking until I told for the second and third time to cancel. I wish this account closed and the $599.00 returned to my account. If this is not done within 4 working days I will contact the FBI. Claudine Duitsman Jan. 17,2019.
