Just called the city traffic department and she said it can also be related to the Canada Border Services. When you return and pay taxes or duty on an item it will show up as ``SAULT STE MARIE TRAFFIC SAULT STE MARON``. Does not make any sense, it should say something like CBSA or something. Hope this helps.
