The same happened to me on June 16 2016, I informed my card issuer within 30 minutes of the transaction. The investigation has been processed and I'm waiting for about 45 days.
I think some one try to use my Alawwal bank credit card without my knowledge
i have also been charged 9383 today by the same MOTO saudia airlines ' informed to the bank and blocked card immidiately did any one got back the money '''if so please give us feed back
Same criminals S. A. MOTO charges me 5430 SR and I post band my card to invistigat the problem.

Have just realised that Saudi Airline Moto took 2848 SAR thrice from my account on the 17/08/18.
I was charged 10k USD with Saudi airlines
Some body used my cards for purchasing 03 tickets
