I live in Austin, Texas and my credit card fraud dept. called me today to notify me of possible fraud charges happening today in Stafford Texas at the the Ross Store #1610. I don't even shop at Ross nor was I in Stafford (Houston Area) today. This is most definitely a credit card fraud. I will be calling this Ross tomorrow to get video and proof of the person that signed on my credit card so, I can nail their ass !! They basically must have duplicated my credit card information and created another card they could actually swipe. Either way, I will be in contact with this Ross Store's General Manager to see proof of the a signed receipt and signature and security video.
