RBI is probably Reed Business Information, which publishes a lot of magazines, so it could be a subscription you signed up for. I get it (and yes, have to look it up) every time I renew my New Scientist magazine subscription.
I was just scammed by RBI QSS SUBS Sutton GB for $22.00 on my Visa ending in 0548. I did not ask for this charge. Please removes and honor my Visa with a refund.

Probably for a Reed publication subscription, in my case New Scientist. It is a rather cryptic transaction description but maybe they think New Scientist readers are smart enough to decipher it.
