Why have I been charged 9.99 when I haven't used it apart from the free kids I'm meant to have
we have noticed that we have been charged 6-99 by nowtv.com/billinghelp on two occasions these were the 4th february and the4th march 2017 on neither occasion did we authorise these payments as we have not applied for any passes in 2017
I've been charged 6.99 on two occasions 16 June and 16 July. Was not aware that I should have been charged at all.
Now TV is charging me £7.99 when I have not subscribed to anything.
1st Dec 2017 Now TV has been charging me monthly since 20th April 2016. I have disputed the payment ever since. I have had to contact Barclay card on three occasions to stop the money being withdrawn. In fairness to Barclay Card they have reimbursed me on each occasion. There seems to be little they can do to stop it also NO way of contacting Now TV don't touch Now TV
I have tried to stop these charges as from now,but alas I am being given the runaround how do I stop sky taking money out of my account through now tv.they keep saying that they cnt find an account in my name but on my bank state ments I see 3 withdrawals
I noticed on my bank statement for Jan 1918 I have been charged £7.99 for NOW TV subscription when I have not subscribed to this company,How do I stop this.Patrick
Please explain extra payments of £10.99 on 18th December 2017 and £9.99 on 16th January this year as we do not recall buying extra packages or films. A prompt response would be appreciated.

All i did was sign up for 1 month free entertainment pass NO CONTRACT they ask for your card details should you wish to carry on. I cancelled after month and have just discovered without any notification or permission they have been charging me £7.99 a month for a year as if it is a CONTRACT!!! they are jerkin me around at the moment will go to Fraud Squd and ask for Bank to re-imuburse and they can settle with them Dont get NOWTV ...:)

I have noticed that you have taken 3 payments out of my bank account all on the same day. But I have never subscribed, So why haven you taken it?
Hi I took out a monthly NOW TV (SKY) Sports MONTHLY Pass for December to watch the football. I am on vacation for all of January and planned to cancel before end of month. Sky billed at 15:45 on 24 December and I received bill on 27 December for JANUARY. Called Now TV and they said nothing could be done!! If I want to cancel today then I cannot watch rest of DECEMBER. Not good and not a way to retain satisfied customers! Bob
They have also charged me in various occasions 4.99 to 7.99. Called my bank today and reported it as scam. I have never purchased any service from NowTV, not even the free trial.
I keep getting 8.99 and 11.99 taken out of my account each month but it was cancelled months ago

Hi in this morning I had the charge in my bank account 33.99 its the name Nowtv.com/Billingsley sky TV, I Don't recognise this in my account
I have been charged £9.99 for Now TV, I have noticed it on my statements from October 2019 to December 2019, I am not sure if it has been charged earlier than this, I would have to check further back in my accounts. This isn't on a credit card it is on my debit card so hopefully I will be able to stop this.
I have had £11.99 coming out monthly out of my credit card and am unsure how long this has been going on. I have not subscribed to anything.
