Hi there, not sure if I'm allowed to say this on chargeSure but just wanted to pass on my thanks. Having searched on Google for the suspicious transaction and found you reported this as being fraudulent, I contacted my bank. I spotted a "pending" transaction for £19.99 which raised my suspicions, I have no subscriptions so looked into it. Payments of £19.99 had been taken every 2 weeks from 27 Sept 2024 - to date that I had not noticed! They snuck through and only alerted me because it was "pending"? A total of £259.87 has just been refunded to me, my card blocked and new card issued. A success story for once in my life!
