Hi Yolande, Pivotshare is a subscription video on demand platform that powers thousands of online video channels online. My guess is you purchased a video or subscribed to a channel that we power. Here's a handful of some of our most popular channels that you could have make a transaction for: https://www.pivotshare.com/discover/. Feel free to email me at maggie@pivotshare.com if you have any other questions.

Hi, I do not know why I have been continuous charge $9.90 on my credit card for your service when I have not subscribe to any service from pivotshare. Please STOP charging my credit card and reimbursed my account for the charges you have collected. I am very upset. Please give me a number or person, I can talk to about this. Thank you. Nancy.

Apparently, they are still at it! Now, while Pivotshare itself is an actual company, this scam is impersonating them. On January 27, 2021, they placed a pending charge on my PayPal debit card for $14.88 that would be completed on February 3rd, so I could not report it in the usual way through PayPal's resolution center - I had to call PayPal (if you need to do this, just go to "help at the very bottom of any PayPal page you are logged in on, and their phone number shows up with a temporary number to use). I asked the customer service representative how they may have gotten my card number and she explained it could have been one of those card readers installed which they can now hide very well on gas stations, etcetera, so they are sending me a new PayPal debit card. It may be worth it to get gas by going inside to the cashier instead of at the pump.
