Vir Ventures is a 3rd party seller (a vendor) of many many product lines all across the Internet. If you made an online purchase then it is likely that Vir Ventures was the company that was authorized to sell that product through that website and take the money you spent through PayPal for the item purchased. Best of luck and I hope your experience is a legitimate sale... my own experience with them was a nightmare and I will be sure to never buy a product on the Internet that Vir Ventures is selling!
