Hi, I recently made a donation to a https://www.charitywater.org/ promoted by music band Depeche Mode connected to a lottery for a free backstage tour pass and the corresponding record on paypal was "PAYPAL *PRIZEOENTRY" with Prizeo US, Inc as vendor. For me as an individual consumer: I feel ok. Hope that helps
Lin-Manuel Miranda uses Prizeo to raise funds for issues he is aligned with such as Puerto Rico diaster relief. He's done at least a couple of things where you donate $10 per chance to be entered into a drawing to attend Hamilton or other treats related to what he's doing.
