I had the same charge on my paypal and I Googled it. The company provided educational material such as ebooks and other learning material. I purchased a book for one of my graduate classes and this is how the charge appeared. It was initially deferred for 6-months due to a promotion that Paypal was running. Hope this helps.
This is for on-line learning such as Mind Tap. I was confused when I first say it on my Pay Pal account but Googled it and it jogged my memory
