Why was I charged $60 for something that was supposed to cost $10?
Im not sure where this transaction came from or what it is for and would like the $56.73 that was taken out to be refunded
what is this charge on my account for,i did not use this service how and why was this done i did not authorize any such payment
Nschfv.com charged to my card, 39.99 USD, this happened because of a pop up ad desguised as my ISP, saying I've been selected to do a survey and would be given a free smartphone for doing it. Even used the isp logo and colour scheme. It asked isp related questions and cellular service questions, then it got to the part of selecting the smartphone and that it had to charge $1 to ship with DHL and asks for the credit card to charge that dollar to and says it will ask me for my shipping address. It only presented fields for the credit card information, and hitting next it didn't even ask for my address. This is fraudulent. I contacted my isp about it and they had no such survey offer. I am now left with disputing this transaction since I cannot contact this company by phone number they give to the credit card company. It puts you through an endless loop until it disconnects you. Beware of any popups or browser tabs that open up pretending to be your internet provider.
Please stop charging and return my money back please. Why it is charging? I didn't know why it charge to me 57$.
