Tried putting my credit card through 3 times at DCA - didn't work - supposedly - so used a different card. Just checked transactions - 3 billings. DCA airport gave me the number for OTG Management - 212-775-1478. No luck getting through to a human. Going to complain to DCA about this vendor, after I dispute the charges with my VISA company.

I had this charge as well. For me, it was the restaurant/bar in the center of the concourse that Southwest flies.
