I tried several times to purchase gift cards of $50 each from lcbo Smiths Falls. All transactions were not accepted and never completed. BUT I HAVE A CHARGE on my Visa credit card for $50 and the name is shown as lcbo #817 Toronto/RAO. Please DELETE this charge. Judith

When you order an LCBO gift card online to send to someone, this is the name (LCBO/RAO $817) on the charge that comes up. Could they make it less cryptic?!! Somebody - either the LCBO or the credit card companies - should fix this cuz I'm sure they get a zillion inquiries
