We bought a set of bed sheets at the hospital and the woman told us that this would be the name that showed up on our Visa card. Everything's cool.

I ordered a bamboo pillow from this company at our local Senior Centre where KIDBITS/PROF. BOOK FAIRS of 4590 Dufferin St,, North York, ON held a sale. The fee came off my Bank account the same day. At home a few days later I opened the pillow from its plastic case, it had a definite chemical, formaldehyde-like order. I laid on the pillow for 10 minutes and my lips began to swell and my skin started to itch from skin contact on the pillow, which I believe is a knock-off product imported from China. The Senior Centre's contact email (NO PHONE NUMBER) is bogus. This is a scam company ripping Canadians off with inferior products and deplorable business practices.
I bought a solar flower from a lady at the Brampton civic hospita May 11, 2017. The receipt has kidbits/ prof, Bookfairs at 4590 Dufferin st, North York address on it. When I opened the box at home I found A broken clip. There is no phone number where I can call these people. I feel cheated. Why does the hospital allow such sales on their premises when there are so many complains. Where does one get a replacement or return the item
