I have just been charged on my American Express $145 for Vechicle Rental. I have never been to Oklahoma City. I can't dispute it yet as it is pending. I can't call them as they don't have a number posted.

I had a similar charge - I chatted online with the Amex rep and he immediately gave me their fraud number - which is 800 528 4800 Mine was not pending - it was for a small amount and went through - I am afraid they were testing it to use for something bigger later. Funny thing...mine was from an old card number - not sure why it even went through. I have never been to OK either!!

this seems to be charges for traffic and toll violations that Hertz matches to your rental car
Attempted charge on AMX for $1K+ was declined by AMX and call in to me on fraud. Hertz Rac Firefly in Oklahoma was source.
I have a charge for $67 on 29 Jan 2018 and I have not hired a car from Hertz for 7 years. Reported to my bank. Will never hire a car from Hertz. It looks like this scam has been going on for years.
