Yes, it is a company that works with UConnect , we updated our Maps/ Navigation on our Dodge Ram truck.. . It is a legitimate company.. Many of the Car and truck mfr/s use this company for technical help with updating software and especially maps.. Hope that helps..

I thought it was weird but i is the new navigation in my Lincoln. I finally broke down and replaced my 7 year old navigation.
