I had a charge on my bank account for $25.61. I had no clue what it was, who was charging me, and definitely thought it was a scam. I had no way to find any information, so I contacted my bank, Chim [I had just changed my google acct to discover-I pay 1.99 a month for storage], and filed a complaint, and more so, wanted to know what it actually was since I could have made a mistake. I wanted to know before I brought up any actions. It took days, and they still never explained who it was and what the "product" was. They cleared it since I had a relationship with Google, they had my account numbers, etc. So I am responsible. I don't think they should be able to get away with this, nor do I think they are nearly as transparent in free trials and charges. It's very sneaky. I really want to know how to cancel though so I do not get charged again!
