This charge is for LavaLife.com - it's a dating website. They offer a 7-day Free trial, and after the 7-days you are automatically billed the subscription fee. It then because an auto renewal if it is not cancelled. If you wish to cancel and get a refund, you must contact 1-866-554-5282.
