This is a charge for ''backup" of a software system. I am a family doctor in Toronto, and the software company that I use for interacting with my payer informed us that they were no longer supporting backup. This *NOVASTAR system was the most reasonable alternative, but I had forgotten that they required payment by my personal credit card.
This is a software support charge. In my case it is for a NAS Back up Server
