I keep getting a $14.91 charge to my credit card from Bed Bath & Beyond #229 and BB&B customer service has no idea and was of 0 help. Always horrible customer service from them. Great store otherwise.

To add to above: Mine says Richmond Hill, FL. Florida I gather. Not ON (Ontario) like the others above. And the # shown is 905-762-1233, which is Richmond Hill, ON. They are not store 229 though and store 229 doesn't exist for BB&B. I have placed an order with Richmond Hill, ON before. I called the store and they're unaware but are concerned. Like I am that my card may be compromised. I'm going to call Visa now.
