I think this is the fee for removing adverts from an app - I bought the full version of MyRadar and because it was useful, I paid to remove the adverts. It's the only thing I can think of. Hope this helps, Dave.

Yes, Peter's statement is correct. I bought the full version of My Radar a few days ago and I received a charge from this company.

Yes, it's pro version of the "My Radar" app. If you search the Google Play Store for that app, you'll see it's produced by a company called "ACME AtronOmatic LLC"
