They were closed but told me to call back M-F 9-5 ET which I am planning to do on M 11/11/19. If closed due to Veteran's Day, I will call back Tuesday. I will inform you what I discover then but I never ordered anything like this either.

At first I freaked out and thought I had been scammed, I forgot that I ordered from an online website. TheAltDaily- Yes this one time fee was a legit with drawl. So yes, this is a legit company. I received e-books about Apple Cider Vinegar. Lol

Was an ad on facebook for "water setups for hydroponics, which everyone is using to some degree while the world goes insane over Covid-19. Pot farmers, home gardeners and first timers, trying to grow gardens for self support from long lones at Costco and other stores. so many sites know this and are aware of it, yet still allow scammers.. so take care all. The initalcharge was 144.47.. called the number and got hung up on after 8 attempts to cancel whole order.. some got to email confirmation (which never came). so best option is to goto your bank website and file a fradulent charge, wait for bank to flag it. If using any browser, turn off "java scipt" and clear your browser history, disable all crypto, (wallets or creditcard detection scripts) find the additional settings (hidden from most users) firefix, chrome, opera all use similar settings "for idiotic cloud" cloud based systems.. "/chrome:settings2FclearBrowserData" or similar dev tools. turn off anything cloud, java, (partial flash) scripts and settings.. turn off ALL remote settings and "ir" sensor settings as well.. All ads, sales ads like amazon or other retail or wholesale sites use detection scripts in the background. Like checking to see if you have your home address and credit card info stored.. if so get:info. its that simple.. only use secure buying options online. slim and rare these days, but paypal and similar sites still work decent enough. other options to block the url for the ad can be done through your firewalls, routers and HOST files. for those of you not familar to those things.. then check into them, it can not stop all things, but can minimize risks, since the world is solely internet only right now and scammers also know this too soo to the research and protect yourself the best you are able these days.. good sites to goto (works on apple, mac, windows, some phones. https://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts https://someonewhocares.org/hosts/hosts Learn how to edit host files Learn to look up ip address on webpages (inspect element or scripts) Learn how to add websites or ipaddress to host files and or firewalls.. It wasn't until i saw this charge on my bill, could i go and find the website to look up information to block it the ipaddress and url information..

When I called the 800 listed in these comments( the 402 number on my charge card did not work) I was told it was for a cookbook- plant powered kitchen- and they also have a sister company called Up Wellness which is vitamins and supplements. Hope this helps.
