I do know who this company is, I now it as 10 Bit as I have there Driver Booster Software,but I do not know them as Www.Asknet-shops.Com lobi KARLSRUHE.I went into my receipt and customer service and found Asknet to query throu. I hope this helps

I noticed the charge of $2.99 on Nov, 2019 from Asknet-Shops.com... on my Nov statement. I believe it has to do with Driver Booster software as Barbara Young mentioned on Dec 13, 2019. I was having issues with my computer and spoke to someone through my Dell account, back in November of 2019, regarding my issues, and ended up getting this booster Software to help with computer problem. I did not know it would be through the Asknet-Shops.

I have been charged from my debit card account £15:36 by www.asknet-shops.com KARLSRHUE DE. I do not recognise the transaction, and have not asked for, agreed to or arranged any software download or subscription. I will not let them, whoever they are, succeed in their attempt at fraud. 😎

I have been charged £59.99 by 'asknet-shops.com Karlsruhe. As far as I can tell, they have taken my subscription for my Cyberlink Power Director annual subscription. So not a fraud. A bit surprising, though, and no indication from Cyberlink that my subscription was due or what would be on my bank statement.

On the 4/5/21 I was charged $ 32.95 for I don't know what. I have ordered nothing from your company. In fact I have never heard of it before. I have contacted my credit card company and they are looking into it for me and have cancelled my credit card. If you know anything about this would you please let me know and refund the money. Just check ur email people, before u call ur bank... Search for asknett and u will most likely find that some service u bought from a different company uses asknett

ASKNET is a charge company like PAYPAL it handles electronic payment processing for other companies for things like electronic downloads and antivirus programs, photo programs etc. You may have subscribed to something some time ago and forgotten about it. I didn't recognize the description of "asknet-shops.com Stein Karlsruhe DEU", but it was legit. It Steinberg Cubase (Digital Audio Workstation) software which I had bought directly from the Steinberg website.

I suspected this might be an annual subscription for powerDirector and reading through the above comments, I have concluded that this is the case and therefore a legitimate charge. It's a company that other companies use to charge fees, annual fees in my case. I write this here to help others find the reason for their charge, assuming they too have a subscription to PowerDirector.
