They say Vak Web is offered for internet protection services but they asked my father to send them $350 in iTunes cards today for a remote system service. Sounds suspicious.
They said they are monitoring my computer and found that a hacker was getting into my computer. They asked for control of my computer so that they could show me what was going on and then said that they could clean my computer of all viruses and for $199.00 they would add antivirus protection to my computer.
Scam VAK WEB identified themselves as the Windows Technical Department...got control of my computer and then said that they and only they could fix the computer and IF not they would discontinue my access to internet since I was infecting others......fee of $205 Canadian....total scam.....JJ
VAK WEB SERVICES - Claims to be "Windows Technical Department" and that your computer has a virus etc. They get you install Supremo, a remote control software. They show you common errors in the eventvwr.exe to convince you of the problem. Then they install Norton Security which violates the Norton service agreement, because they install a shared license on your computer. Usually they do this under a false email and name such as "Ray Archer" or "Ralph Rushing" with email addresses like nortontech911@gmail.com, or securenorton2016@yahoo.com. They have now been reported to Norton who will hopefully put a warning up about these criminals.
Told me they saw someone was hacking my computer and needed protection. Charge 350 American for lifetime hacking protection and had my visa number

Keep seeing a charge of $19.95 on my statement and do not know who this is that keeps charging my card. I am disabled and on a fixed income. Can someone help me find out who this is and how to contact them to stop these charges

Vak in vista california try it again this morning to take 1995 out of my account luckily there's no funds in my account and the transaction was declined is the second time within a week they've tried to do this I don't live in California I've never even heard of this company nor have I ordered anything from a company named vak...... getting real tired of this
