I have been charged a montly fee which i did not authorize and keep being charged for and cannot contact anyone to cancel this. They started out with 15.99 since may and now it is 18.39 and i want this stopped or i will take legal action

I have spotify premium under my gcash account that every month it will automatically deduct 129 pesos and I am also receiving a message that the transaction is successful followed by the account number and reference number. However upon reviewing my oher text messages the spotify account number is different than this recent spotify account that I have paid... upon checking my spotify app to verify whether it was paid, it turns out that it was not my account that has been paid... please help... Attached is the two text messages for comparison that there is another account that automatically paying from my gcash please note Spotify P16A37E961 is my regular account while Spotify P1747A0ECE Stockholm SE has been paid this time as I checked my GCash app the payment was from FIS MC ECOM (FIS Card) that I did not understand why? this raised my concerns because my Gcash card is expired already 09/21..

I have the following transaction against my credit card, usually twice monthly & the amount is $14.99 per transaction. I have no idea where or what this is and would like to how to stop this deduction. Spotify P174248248 Stockholm SE (the number beginning with P changes every transaction. The last time I had an unexplained deductions from my Credit Card I had to end up by cancelling my card and get re-issued with a new one.

Spotify Stockholm charge appeared on my Kiwibank VISA card 18/08/2022. I have not purchased anything with that card that week, and have not authorized the transaction at all.

Charged by Spotify Stockholm 14.99. I do not use Spotify. Kiwibank are aware of it being a fraud but suggested I contact Spotify. Closing my account with them tomorrow. Appalling.

This is a fraudulent charge to my account. I have not signed up to Spotify at all and certainly not in Stockholm and am tech savvy enough to know not to "accidentally" sign up to it.

I just realise today that Spotify Stockholm has been fraudulently charging me $14.99 per month from 14 September 2022. I have asked Kiwi Bank to close my account with them immediately after finding out that they were not helping their other clients who have asked Kiwibank for help with the same problem I have.I do not know who Spotify Stockholm is.

People it is likely that this has nothing to do with Spotify or any account from them. This is a fraud. Your account data has hijacked and been used with a popular name with a relative small amount to not raise the alarms too much. But doing so every month. My credit card has also been charged "Spotify PXXXXXXXB Stockholm" and this is from the streaming service Spotify. I contacted my Credit Card company and they gave me the procedure to follow. First, to contact Spotify, to check if they recognize the transaction. For quick online service, you should Google "LiveAgent Spotify Help Desk" and you will find a link to instant chat. The person from Spotify will ask you a screen capture of the credit card charge, and they will verify the transaction. Spotify identified the account and somebody used my credit card information. In my case in about one hour everything was done and to my satisfaction. However, somebody had my credit card information. Thus I called back the credit card company to cancel the credit card, and to reissue a new card with a new number. Hope this helps.

Credit Card was billed by Spotify Stockholm 5 days ago. Have never had an account & never logged my credit Card with Spotify this is the first fraudulent action on my card.

It means your credit card has been hacked and they used it for Spotify music and sell to someone. call your bank to issue a new card immediately.

I was charged on my credit card with Spotify Stockholm , the easiest and fastest way to get this resolved is to reach out to spotifycares in Facebook, they typically respond within 24hrs , in my case the response was within 5minutes. After giving them the details of my transaction they was able to trace it down and to my surprise it was linked to a account name and email I’d that I haven’t noticed anywhere before , so they resolved the issue immediately by flagging the account and issuing my refund furthermore I would recommend to get in touch with the bank to get a new credit card for safety reasons in the future.

I have never in my life given my charge card number to Spotify in Stockholm. For over 6 months they have been taking $11.49 off my credit card. what can I do to stop this and could I get my money back.
