19.98 has been taken out and a 1.00 charge too, what is this charge?
Have left message the email address they have either doesn't work or isn't real as every time I try to send an email it says undeliverable been charged twice $39.95 no receipt ever given to me or sent I think this could be a scam I'm going to try to reach out one more time and then take it to Better Biz bureau

I Saw This on My Bank Receipts and Had to LookbUp. I've Never Seen or Heard of This Before. Now I know it's Fraud Stealing Money
Money was taken out of my account from the smibill site and I had nothing to do with the matter I had to search up what it was and it had taken me here for assistance on the matter, I'm afraid I'm getting scammed or fraud

Was charged $39.95 from this address after having my card declined twice, and then 2 days later, had a charge for $45 taken out with no explanation at all.
I got charged 39.95 with smibill as the company who charged me. I haven’t used or taken out my card in about a week. I called the bank and they cancelled my card. I’ll advise everyone to do the same
i was also charged 2 payments of 39.95 after having my card declined for a venmo transaction if anyone relates to this i guess they could be the cause behind it
This is a billing service for $^%* websites. So yes mine was fraud and I had to cancel my card.
Checked my account this morning and noticed a transaction from smibill.com for $49.95. I've never even heard of this company, and their phone number, support email, and online chat services are all bogus. What a damn nightmare.
I also received a charge for $49.95, I have no idea what this is from and I will be fighting the charge. Please consider cancelling your card as I have and try to dispute the charge with your bank/credit union. Hopefully they can help.
I got 49.95 from smibill on 10-4-18 and the funny thing is i never used my card at all i had to call my bank and cancel my card .....scam and fraud
Looks like smibill.com is hitting a lot of people for $49.95 right now. On their terms page it says: "You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can become an active member of http://www.myxxxdvdclub.com. Please read them carefully. " So they're a $^%* site that fraudulently charges people for services I've called my bank and they're reversing the charges. I'm also going to report this to the BBB.
Like some of the others, I logged on to my bank account to a $49.95 charge from CMIBILL.COM. Looked up the website, which says absolutely nothing! I have no idea what the charge is for, or how they got my card number. Beware- SCAM!
I received an email from our bank today saying that fraudulent activity was suspected. Sure enough the was a charge for $49.95 to this company. Fortunately there was a phone number next to the charge 888-501-6474. When I called the number the person on the other end was not helpful at all. She would not give me any information. When I told her I was about to report it as fraudulent there was the sound of many key strokes then she claimed the money was being refunded to the account. I don’t believe that for a second! Anyway notified the bank and we are being issued new cards. I urge anyone with this issue to do the same. I hope posting the phone number helps.
Just had this happen to me. Usa49.95 taken out of my credit card.
Charge showed up on my credit card $49.95 on Oct 17 2018. Bank has opened fraud claim, closed my account and is issuing new cards. This same thing happened several years ago on a different account of mine, but the same fraudster - smibill.com . On that account they charged me for 3 consecutive months before I caught it, so please take care to work w/your bank to get it stopped.
