I had the same charge, my credit card company contacted me about it and refunded me for the fraud charge. I'm not sure of the source, but I also have other charges from unknown sources on my card that I did not approve.
I just was wondering what this charge was on my credit card. After investigating it is vapeonline.ca or SK Cigs. Not sure why they don't update their name that shows on the CC bill.
