I got the same charge on my credit card for $8.95. I was in Kelowna the day the charge was put on my card in Castlegar. Called my credit card holder and they removed charge. I know it isn't a large amount but if they can scam that amount from every card than they will be able to make a killing. I had to cancel my card and get a new one.
This is a legit business in Castlegar that operates several gas stations and other small businesses. I have had many transactions with them and never an issue.
