My credit card has been compromised on 21/5 first and entry was made for $ 12:39 and straight after a withdrawal was made in the amount of $ 2107:24. This has been reported to my bank and the credit card has been cancelled. It is now under investigation by the bank and hopefully this will be sorted out.
I think it is genuine. It is the payment centre for hotel bookings made through the Qantas web site.
Hi, Duanna is correct. If you have booked a hotel with Qantas, this is a legitimate chage.
I made one hotel booking with the booking Reference 5ZFF3D on Oct 14, 2016 and paid by my Master Card 5520 3352 0565 2977. The payment amount should be $552.50, but today when I checked my credit card statement I found out Qantas Group charged me two transactions $552.50 & 191.24 for my hotel booking! Please help me to find out why have this unexpected charge?
