I don't know who or what you are and why I have a charge on my credit card for this company.
This transaction is certainly fraudulent, looking up the company it is a logistics and automation service provider - no individual person would need to ever interface with these services. Was charged nearly €1400 for this just today and the bank confirmed it was indeed fraudulent. Stay safe :)
