I have a transaction for TOPCLASSCAR Paypal, but don't recognise it. It seems likely to be fraudulent. May 2017
They are Top class carpentry, like you I didn't recognise the name on my statement as they sound like a taxi firm! But I bought some door hinges from them via eBay. They were very good.
