Just got my Capital One credit card statement today for a cc card I've barely used. PAYPAL *SEESUNLLCRA was on it. I called Capital One and they closed my account, issued a new card and will do a fraud investigation. It's possible one of the legit sites I used my card at was hacked, the transaction was hijacked, or they have someone on the inside stealing credit card numbers from online transactions. That last circumstance happened to me when a clerk in a mall store asked for my card before I was even at the register. I thought that was super odd. Within a couple of days I had a fraudulent $200 charge. Turns out it was going on for the last two months.
