I had a load of these fraudulent payments in April 2017. I had setup an alert for every time my cc is used, since I never saw these alerts in my email, I was unaware that the money was being withdrawn. Each line item on the cc statement had Paypal * fuhgrafartr and Paypal's telephone number, so it looks legit. There are no line items on my Paypal account. That's when it finally clicked these are bogus.
