Can someone please tell me how I can stop this charge on my statement. I don't know why this is added.
This is a parking fee -
I have no idea what this charge is for. I only used my card to buy pack of cigarettes.

I got a $4.00 overcharge from my credit card #4266841491600092 at pabc multi space 3 baltimore on November 16th, 2017. The machine worked likely a malfunction. Specifically, I inserted my credit card and added $4 for the parking time, but the machine did not print a ticket at all. So, I put another amount with the same card on another machine, it printed a parking ticket for me.

My bank card was stolen in late October. Since then, I get this “PABC MULTI SPACE 2” (sometimes it’s space 3) alert from my bank at least once a day and often three times. I assume whoever stole it is continuing to check it’s validity at a parking garage. Or perhaps, they’ve sold the number to someone who is able to electronically continue checking if the card is valid. Does anyone know if the Baltimore city police can do something about this? Are there cameras on the parking garage payment machines like there are on ATM machines? Could they possibly identify someone based on all the declined transaction times?

Charged this site to my debit card so after that I had to cancel it but they already wiped my money out of it I don't know what this site is someone stole my card and they got some how charged your site with some money on my debit card till I cancelled it I like to be reimbursed cuz this is fraud and the only phone number I can give you right now is 410-744-5657 my name is Gregory Barnaby you'll be calling my sister's house she Stephanie want to be you can leave a message with her to give her a phone number where I can reach you cuz this is very important because this is fraud and if not if no one answers please leave a message with your phone number I will be calling you back this is very important because someone is going to go to jail
Ok Parking meter I try my card nothing happen I cancel my are then I try again nothing happen I cancel again then I was told it doesn't work until 8am ok @8am I went to the meter out information in and got my ticket charge $5 so why on my bank statement I was charge 5$ which is correct but 9$ I didn't get nothing just put my 9$ back
