I have filled birth certificate for my new born baby ,and i was asked to pay money on line ,and they charged me twice ,25 and 35 but finally i got a message from goverment saying you are late ,why you have not filled for birth certificate ,but for me i was wating to get the birth certificate to come to me ,the transaction reading is MGCS SO Birth/OThERCERT THUNDER BUY
