Online orders are charges through a PayPal account set up my Miinnear without authorization using banking information deceptively acquired misrepresenting the transaction as solely using credit card (banking) information ONLY. This is a deceptive business practice, and in the case of a refund requirement, overt theft by Paypal. Stay away from Off Grid and Minnear!
