I got back from Cabo San Lucas on June 17th, From June 23rd until July 5th, I got 35 separate charges from BBVA NO/INFORMADO. Every single one is fraud. They were for cash advances of about $55 apeice, 4 or 5 times a day. Each charge also carried a $10 cash advance fee. My bank said my PIN number was used, but no chip on the card was read- only the magnetic strip. Obvious counterfeit fraud. I suspect the ATM in the street next to El Squid Roe in Cabo as the culprit. I attempted 2 transactions there, got no money or receipt even after using my PIN. I used the hotel's machine and I was able to get cash.
