Just found this charge on my credit card from April of 2016. What is it?

Ian on September 19, 2017

Did you pay city of Toronto for a street occupancy permit or road parking permit? I believe this is from Transportation Toronto - Etobicoke

Lisa on June 06, 2018

We paid for a paving licence in Etobicoke for our new driveway. This is what appears on the credit card statement.

Josh on July 27, 2021

In my case it was payment to the City of Toronto for damage done to road/sidewalk during our renovation (in Etobicoke).

Do you know what the source of this charge is?
