this is a scam beware of Jagex!
4 x totallt fraudulent payments of $49.99 were charged to my credit card by "Jagex Payment CAMBRIDGE GB" on the same day. I do not and have never played online games and certainly not any of this company's games. I called my credit card issuer to suspend my card and investigate and refund the fraudulent payments. No one else has but me has authorisation to use my card. Absolute scam company!
I saw a charge for $10.99 on my bank statement which I did not authorize. Only says Cambridge GBR.
There are 5 charges of 79.99 that I, definitely, did not charged. Please, refund my money and remove me from your list. Thank-you very much..
This charge is from a game called Runescape. Those of you with "fraudulent" chargers, check your kids or spouses. I subscribe to runescape so the charge is valid to me. Not a scam. Someone authorized payment with your card to this company.
I just got two charges for 39 99 and a 23.99 charge from Jagex, I don't know why I have that cause I haven't touched Runescape since old school runescape was free on the play store. I need that money back, I didn't authorize that transaction at all
This is a subscription (or free) online game that has been around since 2003 at least. It is a credible company.
