I received a charge from Toronto Cab Services for $87 which I didn't recognize. I don't take cabs often and the transaction date was Thanksgiving when I was at home. the bank said it was made by internet...card shut down

Same thing here. $80 charge every year on an old credit card number. Not sure why the credit card companies cannot block these transactions that are clearly fraudulent. I have spent no less than 5 hours on the phone with TD and they are still unable to confirm that this will not happen again. Terrible customer service.

Same experience. I received a charge for $75 that was not authorized. It is the second time this has happened from the same company ... and it was posted on a credit card number that has since been changed, but it went through anyway. Shame on Scotiabank for authorizing it. Now I have to go through the hassle of cancelling my cards and getting new ones.

I just noticed this on my credit card, but I noticed it months later. $70 charged and I don’t even take cabs. My card is new. I wish I could know where they got my information
